Ashlar Construction LLC is the product of Anthony Stewart, who has been in the Construction and Real Estate Development business for over 30 years. His beginnings, as is the case for many construction professionals, go back to working with his father in masonry business as a child.
The home building business began in the mid 1980’s and included the construction of over 87 homes located throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. That was the springboard that led to the construction of Multi-Family housing, Apartment buildings, restaurants, and retail shopping centers. We have now entered the public contracting market, and as such built and/or performed masonry on 16 schools and Universities, 3 hospitals, and 6 train stations in New York and Connecticut. Total dollars of Construction projects participate in exceed ½ a billion dollars.
Ashlar Construction LLC provides services and expertise in two areas: Masonry, and Project Management/Construction Management.
It is the phase of developing a solution based on the cost, time and quality goals that were established in the strategic phase of the project.
